Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Ordering Hard Copies

  • Hard copy requests must be submitted via email to support@opencognovate.com with details including the book title, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
  • Once your request is received, we will provide an order confirmation along with payment details.

2. Processing and Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping times vary based on the delivery location:
    • Domestic (within the country of publication): 7-10 business days
    • International: 14-21 business days (depending on customs clearance and courier services)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery destination and the number of copies ordered. The charges will be communicated before payment.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

4. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
  • OpenCognovate is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier service disruptions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Replacements

  • Damaged or Defective Copies: If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images, and we will arrange a replacement.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong book, contact us at support@opencognovate.com, and we will arrange for the correct copy to be shipped.
  • No Returns for Change of Mind: Since all books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
